Production Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage embroidery tasks using Tajima 4-Head and 8-Head Machines.
• Ensure timely and accurate production according to schedule and order forms.
• Operate Tajima DG/ML Pulse Software.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with unloading product containers and other warehouse organization duties.
• Ability to climb 10ft ladders and lift up to 50lbs.
• Follow written and verbal instructions for a variety of warehouse tasks.
• Report to Production Manager. 

Preferred Qualities:

• Eagerness to be trained on Tajima embroidery machines.
• Sharp attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Effective time management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Hours:

• Part-Time or Full-time.
• Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm with occasional overtime. 

Compensation and Benefits:

• $20 - $24/Hour.
• Eligible for production team incentive plan.
• Full Health and Dental insurance (100% premium coverage) after 30 days. Vision insurance available.
• 401K Eligible for full-time employees.
• Vacation and Holidays: Eligible for PTO (12 days annually) after 30 days. Pro-rated for mid-year start dates. At least 8 paid holidays yearly.
• Annual product allowance.
